Does this hurt the A/T ??

Question, Does going to neutral driving down hill then back to "D" bottom of the hill hurt the automatic transmission..?? I do this coasting till the next Green signal, frequently... is this OK or not..?? what do you think..??

It's going to put additional wear on the clutches and such, but it's not serious. However, there's really no benefit in doing so.
