I'm not gonna pull the crap I have seen posted on various messege boards... I got Banned, I deserved it, so I'm not gonna tell you I didn't Cheat. I'm writting to get the specifics on the ban... I only own 1 account, "Todrick" I use 24 other accounts of my friends that play GW, I am basicly asking what i would take to get their accoutns back sooner.

Originaly the notice said 60 Days, now it says 28... So I am just curious. I fully own up to and accept responsibility for my actions, Too be honest I just didn't have the time to devote to the game and instead of doing the right thing and accepting that I cheated in order to save time using shortcuts/scripts. My friends were not involved other than letting me use their accounts.

I don't know what else to say, Could you please consider restoring the other 24 accounts sooner... I will gladly accept a 60 day ban if my friends can continue to play GW.

Hey I've been playing as well, and I happened to gang up with another guy that was using that client. So my gang went from 3rd to 20th in Hong Kong because all of his accoutns are gone. I only have 8 players in my gang now, instead of 25. Anyone want to join up to end this round?

I remember when I was in the game (before you decided you didn't need us) we hated the players who cheated and were very satisfied to have made the top ten without cheating. What changed? That game is not that addictive.

Well, the game is addictive and I put a bit of time into it because I enjoy it and it is competitive. I would not call running a scipt to speed the login process cheating. We are not illegally making drug money just pop up into the players value, or altering the games play at anytime. You simply cick one button and you are logged in......

We use shortcuts for logins and drugs in GW. Not auto merc scrips nor merc scrips no buttons to train or break attacks. The shortcuts we use are legal which is why we did not get banned in Gang Wars. The ones that were used in Leet were more detailed and they automated more functions which is why they got banned. We shared accounts with them so we lost our chars too.

As far as any WE being satisfied with any finnish that's interesting. Rick , his brother , Hick and I were pretty much the only people involved in the game at any competitive level. We were on all the time and we did all the attacks and defending together as a team.

The remainder of the the guys in the XOC 54/45 gangs pretty much did things to undermine any potential success that we had. Single attacks on your own, training at your leisure and operating as a single entity are the reasons why we decided to just run the gang on our own.

It got to be very frustrating trying to convince everyone to get on the same page. It got very frustrating to see guys just logging in once a day , training the wrong thing , attacking an allied gang and then logging off. If you , for some reason feel like you were ditched , look at what your gang is doing on your own now after SIX MONTHS of knowing how to play.

The four of us finnished third overall last month and have been a permanent fixture in the top gangs in the game. We just decided that we were going to try to win the game and that was going to be the only way to acomplish that.

No ALL shortcuts are illegal, at least they are now. Web had approved of shortcuts as long as nothing was automated... the program i used was built by wingnut after he cleared it with web... i have seen the chat transcripts of web OKing it... it did nothing different from the shortcuts that you use... so beware.



no, you didn't get banned because web banned everyone in l33t that used the client... he can and will ban you for using shortcuts in GW... he just hasn't decided to raid GW yet.



again it featured no automation... yes it was a slickewr design built of an IE5 base as a full fledged program(not a crude web page featuring links), but esentially it was the same thing, if anyone wants to see a copy e-mail me todrick@hotmail.com again IT HAS NO AUTOMATION... it is not the program that dubz/blyte got banned from GW for a while back... it was a new version made to conform to web's rules...

I wanted to agree with the above... when it was mentioned that xoc45/54 finsished top 10, correct me if im wrong but that was top 10 in colombia(a weak ass country) not top 10 in the world which is what matters... GW/l33t works best with 1-3 people playing one gang, but they all have to know how to play... I thought we did well back then too, it wasn't till i finished 6th in the world in l33t that i realized how bad i sucked before, and how lame i was for thinking ranking in a country was success when i finished under 50th in the world... oh well you live and learn

when i get my account back i will elroy - i have only one account but at least its my account. the above reason is why i dont like everyone having the same password even tho it is a good way to attack and defend.

Jason , we lost the mercing and , training and bank functions on our shortcuts. So I still think that our limited functions kept us from getting banned while others arround us were getting the axe. In this round alone 12-15 gangs have been banned specifically for using shortcuts so I think that web has been on top of GW just as much as Leet.

N2 , a slight correction: The gang working as one cohesive unit is really the only way to win. Being able to use the entire gang to attack and zero another gang and being able to defend with each character is the only way you can be successfull. It would be way to frustrating to watch a guy in your gang get his ass kicked while he's draining the whole gang of it's thugs and not be able to do a single thing to defend him.

Web banned A LOT of people... i would bet that all the banned accounts in GW are actually bannings from l33t, to give you an idea, mexico only has 66 gangs in it now... to give you a better idea...

I put in bold all the normaly high ranking gangs, that i know were major gangs... amny of the other are likely just gangs with new names that we never identified, most of these were in the top 100 before the ban, some were just begining to rise after building all round(just an FYI that zero at the end is "Total Value")

I allianced with ToppersCrowd, and he sent it to me.

60 gangs got completely banned... others got partial bans due to only one member of a gang using the client with like 5-10 guys

Well...we managed a pretty good comback considering we only had 11 guys out of 25 to do it with.....we ended up 29th overall for the round....not too bad. (In regular GW that is). :p

We finished 14th in columbia with about 10-12 guys.

Let me make something clear. We were forced to change the passwords because we don't trust you. You've allready demonstrated that you will do what you want and not communicate it to anyone so we have to change the passwords because of your actions not ours.

You have run gangs in GW with accounts started by XOC guys and you went ahead and changed the passwords. How is that any different? You go your way we'll go ours.

As far as my sitting on the computer 24 Hrs. a day , no. I am lucky enough to run a business that I can sit on my ass and talk on the phone all day and play on the computer. Our gang is run by four guys in different time zones that almost assures us that we have our gang monitored 24 hours a day so that we don't get hit. It's just one thing in a long list of ways to play the game to win.

I own 5 accounts and Hick owns 5 accounts. At $5 bucks each account that means that we each spent 25 dollars. If that is a shitload of money to you I truly am sorry.
