110,000 What could use a change?

My XTerra is an 03 with 110,000 miles. Runs great and had the timing belt changed 5000 miles ago. I was wondering if there is anything that could use a change -with my limited knowledge (do myself)that would be good at this mileage interval - like a rotor or some other part aside from getting a tune up. I have never had a tune up before. Thanks!

The tune-up would be a good idea then.

If you have not yet done so, changing the diffs, tranny and t-case lubes, repacking the wheel bearings and lubing the front shaft would all be a good idea too.

Replace shocks and fuel filter. Inspect ball joints and tie-rods, there are youtube videos to guide you on this.
