spillboy - This issue came up a while ago. From the inputs, it seemed there was no exact value. So your best bet is to find out where your light comes on. Don't just trust the light tho - the bulb can burn out. Use the gas gauge and even better, the trip odometer.

Yeah, but his is a Can"eh"di"uh"n model. I can drive for quite awhile after my light comes on, but I know Schlud ran out of gas coming home one night with little warning.
I know Todd from EOE had an issue with his light. It turns out, he smacked his tank on something, so it kinda compacted the tank. He has less gas than he thinks when that light comes on. Said he had to walk one time to get gas... guess that's why he carries the gerry can.
when my gas light comes on I have about 4 gallons left (it can on the other day as i pulled out of my drive way went 1.0 miles and filled up took 15.4 gallons to top off good luck and dont run out of gas
