I own a 05' Xterra 4X4 SE and am wondering if one can tow it behind a RV? Please your thoughts on the matter or any alternatives... Tks

The key thing is whether it's an auto or a manual.
Auto require a tow dolly or expensive shaft disconnect hardware.
A manual can be towed flat. I tow my 05 manual 4x4 behind an RV no problem.
