Changed your air filter lately?

Dealing with leaking coolant this afternoon reminded me - have you changed your air filter lately?

I recently did the engine air filter and noticed about a 2 MPG increase on my scan gauge. The truck isn't idling as rough either

I also did the interior filters - they were pretty crusted over as well, but that's another post.
