"cleaning out" the fan blower

"cleaning out" the fan blower - 17/12/03 06:47 AM

hopefully someone has experience with this.

settings 1 and 2 on my fan speed cause the blower to have a "playing card in the bike spokes" sound. my guess is that there are leaves stuck in it. i am planning to change my microfilter next week and taking the fan blower out seems pretty easy once the glovebox is out of the way. my understanding is that i just have to take out the 4/5 screws that attach the blower underneath the glovebox... and then clean out the twigs and leaves that are causing the problem, and then re-attach. has this been your experience? anything to be mindful of?

thanks.

Super simple process... just the few screws you already know about and the motor drops right down... no worries... [ThumbsUp]
