"cleaning out" the fan blower

hopefully someone has experience with this.

settings 1 and 2 on my fan speed cause the blower to have a "playing card in the bike spokes" sound. my guess is that there are leaves stuck in it. i am planning to change my microfilter next week and taking the fan blower out seems pretty easy once the glovebox is out of the way. my understanding is that i just have to take out the 4/5 screws that attach the blower underneath the glovebox... and then clean out the twigs and leaves that are causing the problem, and then re-attach. has this been your experience? anything to be mindful of?

Super simple process... just the few screws you already know about and the motor drops right down... no worries...

what did you find when you cleaned out yours?
