Removing the center console

Has anyone removed the center console? I was going to remove it to make mounting something eaiser, but the bolts are in a really tight spot. I really did not want to have to remove the front seats, but if I have to I will. Any info is appriecated.

Easy, I just moved the seats to the max forward and back and had enough to get to the 4 bolts. If memory serves, I might have used a small rachet (1/4") if it was still tight.
