is there supposed to be a skid plate that covers the oil pan?
i have the front skid plate, but the oil pan/drain plug area looks periously exposed.

am i missing one or is there not one there?

There's only two that come factory. Which they're not much protection at that.
The front and the gas tank.
You can order the transfer case skid plate or the complete set from http://www.skidplates.com/ which I am sure you have read the many discussions on.
The X is pretty exposed IMO.

Nope, nothing covers the pan where the oil drain is. I can't for the life of me figure out why they had to make it hang down so low. A couple inches higher would have been perfect. Skid Row is your only option.

Agreed - the stock "skid plates" are a joke...

I'm sure I'll be visiting Skid Row soon enough for some beefier upgrades.
