How many Quarts of Oil for VQ40DE when changing oil?

Checked the manual, and the only thing it mentions is the type of oil and such. Searched, and found nothing for the VQ40DE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Page 9-2 in owners manual has all capacity info.
As for oil, it says 5 3/8 qts with filter change and 5 1/8 qts without filter change. Why anyone would change the oil and not the filter is beyonds me, though. :rolleyes:
