Nissan Part# 46010-7Z000. For sure fits 2000-2002 Xterra 4 cyl and 6 cyl., and possibly many others.
Was mounted and filled with fluid, but never operated. As soon as I mounted it, I decided to go with an aftermarket master cylinder to accommodate my solid axle swap. Comes in the original box.
Part normally retails online for $215.44, and would probably be way more expensive through your local dealer:
