Too shocking for words. - 06/06/03 07:01 AM
What the hell is wrong with society? I will never understand something like this. They say they were listening to Helter Skelter before they did it. That statement alone reeks of them trying to trick liberals into blaming the music. These kids knew what they were doing. Mother Fuckers.
Isn't 15 a little too old to be graduating from 8th grade?

Death penalty for all of them.
Murder is murder, I don't care if your 13 or 100, it's the chair for all of them. I'd even pull the switch.

Re: Too shocking for words. - 06/06/03 07:19 AM
I hope is was worth it for them. Hmm, Ill' give you $125, but in return you get fucked in the ass in prison until you are old and gray. Somehow I dont think $125 bucks would be enough for me. Stupid stupid stupid.

This case shouldn't spend more than 5 minutes on trial, and everyone party to this should be taken out back and shot right in the face. Why drag this out, put these f*ckers in jail for years, and try to rehabilitate them.... This is pure sickness. They should be killed. If it was my own son I'd tell him I was sorry, and put him down myself.... This is sick...

Re: Too shocking for words. - 06/06/03 08:59 AM
Sickening. I agree, put them all to death and quickly. They don't deserve to live and use up other peoples tax money.

Honest question; what make this case different than practically any other "murder for money" case out there?
Their age?
Their race?
I don't get it.
Why is this news?

Why is this news? I would think it's the age factor and the amount of "effort" put into it... Just seems so cynister... I agree though. all murderers should just be shot in the face....

"He'll get what he deserves," Batzig's father said the other day.
At least one of the parents is not trying to defend their poor little innocent child.
Oh yeah, kill them all quickly.

They weren't trying to trick liberals. They were trying to trick anyone they could.
Not even original, anyway. They must have been reading about Manson.

ok just a observation(playing devils advocate)
...funny that the article never once used the word "Alleged" but instead states everything as if the trial is over.
"Innocent until proven guilty" and all that. remember.
with that said... I think they need to FRY the little fuckers. Seriously. Thats just fucked up and they are fucked up people who will never be able to exist in normal society.

You stole the words out of my mouth Quido. It is obviuos why this is news. A group of children beat another child to death for a little money. I say give them the needle.

"sources said"
"according to police"
"she
allegedly asked"
"detectives said"
"according to police sources"
"according to law enforcement sources"
"police said"
"according to a source familiar with the injuries"
"according to sources"
"she
allegedly"
"
alleged perpetrators"
"
alleged planning"
What article were you reading?
Not to mention the fact that the word "alleged" has a negative air surrounding it that sounds worse than saying "according to police", as they did in this article.

Re: Too shocking for words. - 06/06/03 11:49 AM
As in all cases like this...
The punishment should fit the crime. Murder should automatically equal the death penalty. Its just a shame that serial murders can only die once, even though they deserve to die many times over.
[nerdy mode] It reminds me of that episode of Star Trek Voyager when the penalty for murder was you had to relive your victims last moments before you killed them. You had to relive this every hour for the rest of your life. This way, you can never forget the pain you inflicted and the horrible experience it was. [end nerdy mode]

So, uh, how exactly does someone kill another person with five nubile young blond bisexual women and three cans of whipped cream?
Yeah, I confess, I was the killer . . .
You gonna punish me?

I was down in their neighborhood this afternoon (picking up some cheese babka at the excellent Polish bakery there) and it's all the old ladies were talking about.
They don't really mention in the article how the neighborhood is really low income and borders a very high drug traffic zone. If you want the really hard stuff in Philadelphia this is where you go. Hell, last year a black family bought a house in nearby Kensington and the locals broke in and trashed the place before they moved in. Lots of tension thereabouts.

Can we maybe add, 'assuming the facts are correct as presented in the story'? Things aren't always what they appear to be.

and people at work wonder why i enjoy offroading with my sons every weekend. it gets us away from the crap in this world and lets us enjoy the country and life.
what a sick world we live in, and to have it brought to us by way of t.v., paper, radio, net whatever on a constant basis, it's a wonder any of us are still sane.

Just ANOTHER example of some worthless pieces of shit. And that goes for the supposed "witness" cited in that article as well, particularly if he knew beforehand what was planned and didn't do anything to try and stop it. It doesn't matter if he actually took part in the robbery and murder....prior knowledge, and refusal to act on it, make him as worthless as the actual actors, in my mind.
Fuck them all. The death sentence would be too merciful for them. A lifetime of being fucked up the ass would be more suitable....if only our tax dollars didn't have to feed and clothe and shelter them while they sucked some other degenerate's dick. Ah....fuck it....kill them.

This is a case where the neighborhood and friends of the victim should get together and burn down the homes of the killers paerents while they sleep to ensure an end to the breeding cycle.....

And Justina Morley, an attractive, 15-year-old student at Holy Name of Jesus School whom Jason liked, was the bait.
Why am I the only one who thinks this is some bad reporting?

It's so bad that just shooting the piles of feces would be letting them off too easy. I'd like to hear of some really inventive things that could be done to them. Then vote on it.

And when they are sent to prison, they will be crying like pussies. Punks.
Life without parole, is the best way to punish these punks. I wouldn't mind paying to support them in prison knowing that they will live the rest of their lives in misery. They deserve what they get.
I believe in forgiveness, but I also believe in restitution. A few short years from now, they will all be saying, "what the fuck were we thinking?"
They need to take them to a prison rock quarry, and shackle them to the ground so they can pound big rocks into little ones for the rest of their pathetic lives.
