Went to Uwharrie for a day run with a jeeper friend. Have a vid that I am editing for viewing, it was awesome. Got there at about 11am and wheeled through to the night. We hit every trail and the truck did extremely well.
A little story
Fri afternoon after work I was like ok, if we get the skids on, then we will go, if not ill hitch a ride in the jeep. 4 hours, 2 drill bits and second degree burns later the plates where on, and boy did I need them. Awesome trip, just awesome.... Had one fatality, one of my light covers. Looks like I lost it somewhere in the middle of the day since some of the pics have it on and some dont. I noticed it missing when we were airing up. Moment of silence for the little bugger.... Here are the pics... enjoy! Vid to follow.....
Skids are going on through rain sleet or hurricane..... Had the tarp, tools and light.... My neighbors didnt like the drilling through about 9pm... Oh well... tough
