Mojave Xpedition…

The Mojave Road has been referred to as an "adventure through time and terrain"

We covered ~ 60 miles a day ranging from 2k to ~5k on X1… water crossings, through a canyon w/h water, bit o’ mud, deep sand washes, cross a soda lake bed, into a lava field, crawled down lava tubes, desert spring, corral, great campsite at the base of a boulder mt.

X2..Woop-to-do’s, over the tracks, high speed mesa, unique hole-in-the wall rock formations & hike, Joshua trees, beautiful rocking canyon & mt backdrops, old stone cabins, CCX’s memorial site, wow what a great two day run over 120+ miles off road.

The Mojave Road is always a great time. Toolbox, thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures and taking me back to the Southern California deserts once again.

i was originaly from Torrane (lived over by the plung) myself toolbox. great pics but i have a question, do you guys bring a lot of gas with you on your trip?

Kavett… some of us carried extra gas, the start/ends points are close enough to civilization that there is some stations around…in the case of our end point the town was really small and the gas 4.19 a gallon
