Had some fun this halloween weekend. Playing in the mud by a shallow lake. This was on private family land....

Somehow I lost my damn front license plate during all this!!

That right there is how you lost it. I think you'd be surprised what the water can do like that. It's bent mine up straight. Take it off if you're going to do water runs. smile

Looks fun. I never put mine on as I know eventually it would have been ripped off.

Damn, thats a lot of family land. You're lucky all my friends that own OR vehicles all live in gated communities, We are pretty limited to where we can go. Other then this one are we call The Compound. (housing development that went out of business in the 60s)

Looks like fun! Friendly suggestion: buy a used alternator and keep it as a spare if you're gonna play in deep mud.

One another topic....Is it ok to blast out your alternator with a pressure washer after a trip through the mud? Or is it better to just leave it alone?
