When loading your page notice in the status pane at the bottom of the browser window all the files loading from www.tv.

I'm running IE 6.0 so don't know about other versions or on other platforms but each page that loads is acknowledged with a "click" as well as a progress bar that really gets a good workout. So good a workout that IE has puked each time I've visited the page and let it load for awhile. IE wants to submit an error report back to MS as a result.

Enough of this PC stuff...goin' back to my Mac... laugh

Your bottom frame points to this... SRC="http://www.tv/en/redir_banner.shtml"

Really bad, it endlessly loops, then crashes IE.

I am running a Mac with IE5 and Netscape 4.7
The page loads okay on both. Is it a PC thing?

Any suggestions Ian? This is odd. I had nearly 120 hits on one day last week. The site has been up since August without this problem. Okay I need some input from you computer guys and gals. Any idea what is causing your problems????????????

Just look at the source for the page. You or someone has created a frameset, with your stuff on top, and crap on the bottom.

If you didn't do it, I would think your host is doing it on the fly (by the looks of the code, I think this is what's happening).

Edited here...

Verified, here's the crap your host is adding to your pages...
http://www.tv/en-def-c9964a9d6c7d/en/redir_banner.shtml

I'd find another host, a real one.

Ummm..Snarl is my host....coolxterra.com.

I bought the domain from www.tv who is forwarding to coolxterra.com and puts the forwarding inside of their frameset.

Why are people having this problem now eek?! I have not heard of any problems from anyone since I launched the site in August. IE and Netscape versions load okay for me. As you can tell I don't make a living as a web designer smile . Any ideas to get around this apparently random problem confused.

Thanks

It appears to be cookie based.

Once I opened the lower frameset, by itself, in another window, it loaded fine at the bottom of your page.

Regardless, I would find another host. It's your website, and no one should be modifying it without your consent.
