Non-Xterra videos

Ok shoot me, these aren't Xterras, but if you're like me and you're curious about what insane rock crawling looks like, have a look at these. This is from some events the guys at island4x4.com ran this summer on Vancouver Island up here in Canaduh. Hard to believe there's no snow on the ground, eh! And hardly any igloos to be found.

Great shots! I ordered some vids from rockcrawler.com a while back and some of the competitions are similiar - just insane. Way outta my league, but fun to watch. You gotta wonder how much cash and hours of wrench turning some of these guys have put into their rigs.

Correction:
Upside down - should have watched the spotter! Whoever was saying "go left" wasn't thinking from the driver's perspective!

True, but the spotter was pointing the whole time too. I would go with the hand signal myself.

In the "like an explorer".....wtf was that guy holding on to the strap behind the truck think he was going to do...hold back the truck himself if it f*cked up like it did? ha!
