Lifted and armored, spare in place. - 07/08/10 11:37 PM

Posted the lifted truck in the suspension forum last week.
Well here's the pics with the bumpers on. The lift as shown in the Suspension forum and 33 X 12.50/15's on 15 X 8 Pro Comp Revolution 1079's. I made a replacement 3rd brake light from a Bully brand skull reciever cover and mounted it in the center of the spare.

Go get her muddy!

How you like the Firestone M/Ts? Buddy had them and didn't care for them much.

Do you have a body lift on there or just the suspension lift?

did you have to do any trimming in the rear to get the 33's to fit without any rubbing?

Generally, the 33's will clear at ride height with a 3" SL, but rub on compression/offoading...as there's no room to stuff them w/o a BL.

The rears tend to have plenty of room, almost all the clearance issues are the fronts, and mostly because they need to turn, etc, too.

Just the suspension lift. I did have to trim a little in the rear of the front fender. It still barely catches the plastic I didn't trim, and swaping the front bumper stopped the rub in the front of the front fender. The rears are fine, and I haven't even removed the rear mud guards.
Lesson here is don't be afraid of the air-saw.

Haven't had a chance to stretch them out, but so far I like 'em. Low road noise (for an M/T) and decent ride. They handle pretty good too.

ThanX... That means a lot, considering the extent of yours. Just finished the on-board air system this morning. Need to take some pics of that.
