Sure.
They won't fit very well though, sticking out about 2 inches past stock.

those are the first good looking chrome truck rims i have ever seen presented on a X, most look like samuri throwing stars.

Its "samurai", and they didnt use throwing stars. I believe you referring to surikens, used by ninjas. They also were used a lot in China (thats from where they came to Japan actually)
