BF Goodrich Land Terrain??

Anybody ever seen these? Are they any good and how do they compare with the All Terains? The price is a whole lot lower, but I imagine that the quality probably is too. Anyway, here's a link...

The Land Terrain is a Walmart/Sam's exclusive tire as far as I know. It's not remarkable in any way. It appears to be a teeny bit more agressive than the Long Trail, but still definitely a street-oriented tire and a far cry from the AT.
