Been doing alot of shopping around the area and net for tires. Pretty much settled on 33x12.50 BFG T/A KOs. Question is: Is $770 to much for mounting and balanceing with a limited road hazard coverage? I've found several variations ranging from 706 with no coverage up to 800 which was way to high ($200 ea tire or something)
$770 still seems steep should I keep looking?

I bought 4 BFGs 265/75/16 for $600 and then 5 BFGs 32x11.5x15 for around $700. Both times were with the extra coverage. I wouldn't pay more than $160 a tire myself...
I am in Utah so prices may be different though...I would keep searching...

$770 is a little high but not that bad if the road hazzard is any good. You could probably do a little better if you shop around.

have you checked out TireRack? they seem to be pretty competitive. also, what size is your rim? ive shopped around a bit for my 17" BFG and there is an ENORMOUS difference going from either 15's or 16's up to a 17" rim. its really kind of annoying. ive thought about swapping them out but i really like my "super charger" style gunmettal rims. oh well :rolleyes:

Sounds like they'll be 33x12.5/15's...on stock rims I hope.
