equal tire balancer

anyone use this stuff? i've heard that it works well in tires that are under 36" tall....if so it would be perfect for 31's and 32's?????

I use it in my 34" bias ply swampers only because they are hard to balance. Also, if they do get them balanced, it's easy to break the weights off on rocks when aired down. I don't think you would really need it on smaller radial tires. My BGF MT's balanced out pretty good the standard way.
