Space between bumpstops and UCA's? - 10/09/02 06:34 AM
Hey all,
I've searched and found all sorts of posts here about the proper spacing between your bumstops and your UCA's for a "torsion tweaked only" vehicle...(.50"-.75" being sort of pushing it) .75" minimum was stated on the PNWX site - (very helpful AC lift install pics I might ad)
My question though is what is the ideal spacing though (a happy medium)for a less bumpy ride....either after new arms are added, or at stock? (Which should be the same, correct?)
I never measured before I tweaked 'em and want to get it right when my UCA's come...Right now my X runs pretty bumpy with stock arms and .75" between them and the bumpstops....
