I am looking to purchase some 32" BFG ATKO's and I am wondering if I could fit a fifth as a spare where the factory goes? I have factory and hitch too. Or does this mean I get to try to convince my wife to let me get a rear bumper spare mount??

It's a very tight fit, and can rub the rear differential.

If you have 16 inch rims and a hitch receiver, no. I looked at mine and there is no way.

What kind of question is this? Obviously you need to get a tire carrier. It just won't fit dear. Come on now man, think, think.
