good morning my xterra need to know if 2003 is necessary to change the tires, the tires currently have are 70/R16 P265, because in my xterra high slopes slows down when traveling, and I was told that some people are tires, you trust?

Tell your Xterra that 2003 is necessary to change the tires to 265/75/16 and that some people are not tires that you trust.
