Daytime Running Lights

I was told that my X had daytime running lights. If so, they are not working. Is there a fuse, wire, etc. that I can check? If it has the ability to have them, I would like it. If not, then no big deal...

Canada X, eh? That would make a lot of sense, seeing as how (now that I actually think about it) I never see other X's with daytime running lights.
