Stock Alarm Help!

hey guys, i ran a search but i didn't find exactly what i was looking for.

here's my problem, my friend and i installed a self powered sub (a Kenwood Woox) to my factory deck. good news, the sub works and sounds good... bad news, when i press my key fob to alarm and lock my x, the doors lock... but the lights don't blink and the horn doesn't go off. the lights don't blink when you open the doors either. did the fuse that connects the lights and horn to the alarm blow out? or is it possible that we just disconnected something. thanks for the help!

i just re-checked and also noticed that when you turn the alarm on "silent" with the key fob, the lights flash, and when you turn it off silent, the horn and lights also sound off. but they dont work when you unlock or lock the doors, with the alarm on silent and not on silent.
