Torsion Bars???

I just wanted to know what torsion bars everyone is always talking about are used for?

Do a search under the suspension forum you might get an idea what people like and dont like.
I thought you would rather hear that suggestion in a nice tone rather than some smart ass comment that one of these other members might give you.
Not to give the impression that these members arnt nice, but there sence of humor can somtimes be misconstrude.

Torsion bars are the front springs on the truck. Basically a linear coil spring.
