Cargo Area Protector

For people who have the Cargo Area Protector

Do you still have access to the hooks located on the floor? Or does the protector cover them up?

I am interested in this, but I don't want to lose my the use of my hooks.

Yes, you do. There are four spots that you can cut out with an Xacto knife or scissors which ever you have handy. They are outlined plainly on the cargo protector.

"Includes cut-outs for tie-down rings mounted in cargo floor."

I would assume that these "cut outs" would cause the protector to be less spill proof?

Yup. Not too bad though.
You can see one of the hooks on the lower right of the pic. Rest are also in use, the cargo net is attached to 'em.
