K&N FIPK II '03-'04 couple questions

Firstly, the '04 doesn't have hardly any aftermarket parts listed anywhere. I was wondering if the K&N for the 3.3 liter V6 will work on my '04 with no modifications.

Also, if you have this kit, is this the correct pt#--63-1032?

As far as I know there were no major modifications done to the X since they were going to go and do some new mods for the 2005. I believe that you should be able to use things for the 03 and it should fit your 04.
