Does anyone know of any Gauges that are sold that can bemounted in the car to measure oil pressure and stuff like that?

Depending on what you want to monitor...
Autometer is the most common brand. There are others like VDO too. Try a search for Automotive Gauges on google and you will find some that suit you.
As for me, I have the Autometer Ultra lIte Series in my truck and they tie in well with the "titanium" faced gauges in my instrument panel.
