thinkin about joinin the club

I will be going off to college in about 7 months, and as of now i have a variety of choices to where i can attend. Of course one factor of where i will choose to go to college is the availablilty of wheeling spots and local Xterra clubs. So one of my choices is UMich Ann Arbor, and i was wondering how much wheeling you guys do on average per year and the location of Ann Arbor relative to the wheeling spots, i.e. will it take like 18 hours to drive to meet up with you guys, etc. thanks!

I'd say, at most, the longest drive to any of the regular wheeling spots you'd have from Ann Arbor, would be about 6 hours.

North of Ann Arbor is Sleepy Bear Dunes. It resides on Lake Michigan's shoreline and is loaded with you guessed it, Dunes. One of these days I get to the other side of the lake!

The MXO clubs does alot of runs From Indy (Badlands), North of Chicago, to the Northwoods. This year we are doing a Upper Michigan run that will be a haul. BTW, You won't be the only southern boy here, I am a Florida Native!
