January Meeting 1/12

Someone just emailed me asking about the club and when we are meeting next. I didn't know what to tell him...

We should make it the 5th or the following 12th. It would be nice if we could keep meetings before the Xcursions this year.

The 5th sounds good 2 me.

I'll be out of town on the 5th, so my vote is for the 12th.

Scheduled tentatively for the 12th, at Pinnacle Nissan. As the year begins anew, it's important that old club members and new alike attend the meetings to nominate '07-'08 board members, as current terms will end in March. Come and have your vote be heard concerning club policies, future events, and whatnot.
Wether you're currently AZXC, someone who's found us through receiving a flier, or an internet lurker, feel free to show up and enjoy the next meeting. We'll discuss last months run to Crown King, the Xmas party/light run, and hash out fun, exciting Xcursions for the new year. Also, some cool shwag, a 50/50 raffle, and I'm sure Nissan will show their hospitality via food and drink.

ARGH! Apparently we're celebrating our wedding anniversary, which is Saturday, on Friday night since Shan is running PF Changs on Sunday and can't really get drunk/stay up late Sat night.

Sooooo I won't be at the meeting. Argh. I'm really hoping at this meeting we could put together some kind of tentative schedule of meetings/run for the entire year. It would help me a lot in planning. So I'll post up my idea for the year in this thread. Hopefully it can get discussed and modified as needed.

Just wanted to kick this back to life. I haven't seen much here and hope we have a decent turnout to decide on the Schedule for the Year.

Man this is going to be a crazy Year! I hope they finish my house soon.

I never have a Friday night off in season. I've made one meeting though. I'll try to catch up with your guys when work slows down. So I should be able to attend another meeting in say,...May.
