The Runner actually Runs - 16/12/07 05:50 PM

Finally got the 4Runner bolted together. Crappy night time pictures, but here she is. Work done:

Truck ($750)
New Alternator ($45)
New Front Half Shafts ($180)
Front BJ Spacers ($90)
Wheels & Tires (31" BFG AT TA) from Craigs ($140)
New Rear Leaf Springs ($220)
Canvas Bikini Rear Cover ($140)
Some wiring work to get her running ($30)
Total: $1595

Need some Shackles, even with the new 2" leaf springs, it's not level with the 1.5" BJ Spacers up front.

Just ordered manual locking front hubs and an Aussie Locker (Lunchbox Locker) for the rear. New shocks go on next weekend.

Been an awesome learning experience getting my hands dirty on this truck. When the locker arrives I'll be removing the 3rd member myself and installing that.

After that - Sliders & Armor to protect my investment.
