Anyone familiar with....

small business ownership? I need to talk to someone that knows the pro's and con's of the various types of business such as:

LLC
Sole Proprietorship
Incorporations
Partnerships

Etc., etc.

I'm not very well versed in the small business world to know which offers better liability limitations and the best tax breaks.

I know a few of you have ran some small business, I just don't know who filed for incorporations and stuff. Any help welcome.

Sorry- I am of no help. I do the dj gigs as a cash operation. I probably should LLC so no one could ever sue me!

Yeah, Craig is finally starting his own "mod" business! (wishfull thinking).

Actually the wife is the one going into business.

But I do have a product that will be coming out soon..... more to come later.
