Here's my first attempt at splicing and actually putting a video to music. It's about 3:45 long.

I made a camera dash mount for my X using stuff I found at Lowes. It worked well for the most part, but it started to jump a lot on the really bumpy road at the end. I was happy with the trial run and now I will figure out how to keep it more stable for future runs. The great thing is that it is early in the year so I'll have a lot of trail time to work out the kinks. My brother is in the Tacoma.

Enjoy!

1. Yeah, I'll throw up some pictures of the mount. I bought a 3 foot metal piece that is used to splice roof joints, drilled a couple of holes, wrapped it in duct tape, and put weather stripping underneath to pad it and protect the dash.

2. We'll probably make a mount for my bro's truck so we can get equal action on future trips. This was mostly a trial run to see what I needed to do to make it work better. I agree, I need more shots of the X! cool
