I have to say that I've had a really good experience with these guys so far. Made a point to make sure they got my business (my 07 S), and were very open to helping with little things (eg. I didn't want the step rails that came on my X, but the salesman had them taken off for free and offered to sell them to other customers who are looking for them - undercutting their own parts department's prices).
I'll let you all know if it goes south - but so far, so good.

good to know as we are planning to move back to colorado soon and the nissan dealership here is such a clusterfuck they missed selling me an Xterra and weighed heavily on the decision to get my wife a Rav4. could be good to mention to your salesman that in the 21st century bad service, whether its sales, service department or parts, reflects on the entire dealership and news travels just about as fast as it needs to.
