Stay the fq away from Bill summers north platte

Had the worst experience going into this !@#$% dealership.

I asked them to do a bunch of things that needed to be done at 30k miles and they did half of it.
They couldnt even repack my free running hub grease since they said they dont have some necessasry parts.

Then My spare tire was stuck.(By the way which genius in Xterra design team invented the crazy winch to store the spare tire)

I asked them to take it out and their reply was to replace the whole assembly for 200 bucks for the parts and labor. I came home and pried it out sprayed some anti rust on the winch and things seems to be working again. I bent my rotating tool in the ordeal though.

Hope I was in a big city where i had some choices for nissan dealerships

My Dad's '73 Datsun p/u truck, & '89 Hardbody have the same design as the X. I've lowered the spare on all three without any problems.
