Performance Nissan outside of Snellville - 08/02/02 02:31 AM
Performance Nissan west of Snellville on Hwy 78 near Sports Authority, and IHOP. Went there last month for an Oil change. I was the only person there in service! Was gone in less than 30 minutes. Way better than the hour and a half at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Went in for the Brake light staying on a couple weeks ago and the light went out just before I got there, they took a look at it anyway and corrected the problem rather than giving me the old “could not duplicate” While waiting I walked out to the showroom, once the sales person found out I was there for service he didn't try to get me to trade it like another unnamed dealership. They settled for chatting about the yellow X that had on display. Think I found my new dealership!

What was the reason for the brake light staying on? Mine did that before and the Dealer said that the brake fluid was probably low, so when I got home it WAS NOT low, but the light went off a day later, and occasionaly comes back.....

As I understand it, as the pads wear it takes more fluid to compress the calipers. So that means less fluid in the tank and it triggered the light. When I did my brakes I had forgetten that there was more fluid in there than normal and it overflowed, made a nice big mess!
