Falore Nissan Service, Sunnyvale CA

I brought my X in for it's very first oil change. The service was excellent. I had them reseal the rear differential, tighten up the sunroof cuz it was leakin, and change the oil. Brought my own Mobil 1 oil, Slick 50 and K&N oil filter and it only cost me $15 labour.

I like the way they have the drive up service area where they take care of you immediately or let you know they will be with you in a moment.

That's because they make SOOoo much money off their vehicles.

I went there last year to poll prices on the 'new' SC's when they rolled off the transport truck. $7500 markup on top of the dealer added 'extra's'.

The SE's were nearly as bad with a $5500 markup over the sticker.

Well, at least you got good service...it would suck to have spent $$$ and get crappy service too!

Just to letcha know.. I didn't purchase my X there because they didn't have what I wanted and the sales people were shady. I just take it there for service cuz it's close to home.
I got my X at Magnussen's Fremont Nissan across the bay where the buying experience was much more pleasureable.

Same here. I got my X from Capitol in San Jose because their fleet manager is awesome. I live in Sunnyvale so I have to take the X to Falore for service. I have been going to Falore for a while and I can say they have awesome service. Very polite, honest and they will have you back on the road in no time.
