Stevens Creek Nissan is Worst

Don't be conned here. Bought my car and asked for options they claimed they would include. Yeah! right. Almost took them to court had it not been for those darned lawyers fees. They claimed i didn't understand what they said since the dealer and manager have foreign "accents". Yeah! Sure!
Milleage in the car and milleage on the contract is off by a 60 miles. I highly suspect i had a second hand car but they claimed it was standard on all their cars.
Stevens Creek Nissan...Where is my roof rack? You promised you would put it on after i bought the car.

were these options in the contract? do you have a "we owe" statement? If you have nothing in writing then you are screwed and should have asked for it.

I'm trying to keep my mouth shut since Stevens Creek Nissan is where I bought my X. Heh.
