Spotted White X on H3

I spotted a lifted white Xterra with all/mud terrain tires on H3 this evening around 5pm. I think it was heading towards the Marine Corps Base. Possible new member if we can get him/her on here.

Might have been todd. He has a TJM and a 2"BL.
