Last Minute GOX Info (please read)

Pay attention folks...

Everything is just about set on this end.
Here are a few things you need to do when you get to GOX (print it or write it down).

The list below is the final list of GOX attendees (drivers).
If you are on this list, you signed up for everything over the last 6 months, and are verified for GOX (thank you for helping me out). If you are not on this list, and are attending GOX, you are in a last come, last served position.

When you get to Ouray, find me. I will be arriving in Ouray on Sunday the 2nd around 4PM. I will be at the Alpenglow Condominiums at 2nd St. and 5th Ave for most of the evening (staying with PNWX). I will also be available at the Alpenglow Monday morning from 8 to 11, during the Nissan Project X display. If not outside, I will be in unit #15 (Monday thru Friday). Use channel 9 on FRS radio to talk to me if you're having trouble tracking me down. Use channel 9 only when in town to locate people.

When you find me, you will get your GOX packet, with maps, area info, liability waiver, stickers and whatnot.
Before attending any trail runs or social events, the waiver must be signed by you and any passengers, and returned to me, no exceptions. People who did not sign up for GOX, but just happen to be there will also need to complete a waiver.

You will recieve 2 name tags (drivers only). One name tag needs to be affixed to your Xterra on the windshield, drivers side, at the top. You can stick the other one on your forehead at the SWXC Chili Cookout Monday night to help people get to know one another.

Drivers also need to get one raffle ticket from me or Marc Mosiman (also at the Alpenglow).

If you ordered GOX t-shirts, they will be available from Paul MacFarlane or myself from our room at the Alpenglow (#15) whenever we happen to be there. We will also be handing them out at the SWXC Chili Cookout on Monday and the Calmini/Eaton Bar-B-Q. If you want your shirt, make sure you find one of us.

Thanks, Ian, for the ton of work you've obviously undertaken to prepare for this event. It is MUCH appreciated. I predict many free drinks for you that week, all well deserved, and still insufficient repayment.

Ian/XOC...all I could find was Guiness Draught(sp) in a four pack? Hope you find that acceptable as payment for your hard work!
