Photographers?

OK I admit that I am addicted to GOX and the San Juans. Anyway, just wondering if anyone would be interested in a nice leisurely cruize around the area for photographic purposes?
Last year was awesome, but when you are in a large group you feel like you have to keep moving. To that end, would anyone want to set aside some time, maybe Thursday, to do a 4-6 hour picture parade? I could spend literally the whole day in Ouray and come away with some great stuff, but I know there is so much that we could reach in our trucks, I just don't want to pass it up this year.
Ians wife is an accomplished photog and I'm sure she would point us in the right direction.
Do I have any takers?

That would depend on the hangover from Wednesday night at the Silver Eagle. I hadn't planned anything on Thursday for just that reason, but I did buy a new lens for my Canon just for this trip, hmmm....decisions, decisions....I wanted to catch a fish or two while I'm there too. I might be in on that, let me know if you get something together.

On the trips that SWXC is hosting I would be more than happy to take the extra time to "stop and shoot the mountians" :-)

I am actually planning to stay a week after GOX to revisit spots and paint. I am all for a slower pace. The wife wants to fish Thursday so I may spend time at the local fishin holes.

You may find it rather cramped that week.. For you see.. the week after we leave the Jeep guys are having a "little" get together up there..

Somehow, haven't figured it out yet, I'm going to work in fishing AND photos on Thursday.
