newbie's real pics from beach

hey, kobo, where in NJ are you? i'd like to take my X out on the beach!

i have a pass for lbi just no time to get there.

brigantine beach there is about 15 miles off beach to ride about 10 of that there are no raods and houses...all open area...but do need a yearly pass.........

so, while the weather may not be permitting, how does one acquire a yearly pass? thanks for the info..
how bout you, schteve, where'd you get yours?
oh, and as long as we're on the subject, does anyone know anywhere in NJ where you can actually camp on the beach?

bought mine at the Township building in Ship Bottom. Long Beach Island has like 10 diffrent townships on it, but if you get the one for Long Beach Township you can drive in all but i think 4. I only get Ship Bottoms since my house is there and I have one beach I really like to fish. You can camp on Island Beach State park, but I think only in a RV.

you can buy the brig pass at the township building after march 1st
it runs about 150
it is good for a year
you can kinda camp out there....if you go north from the homes on the beach there is all open beach and you can use fire grills...dogs...whatever
