What lift are you putting on JerseyX? I have Calmini A-Arms to put on, but don't want to do it until my steering system comes in (backorder).

No warm garage here though frown .

Re: Mod Day!!! - 28/01/03 04:31 PM

I ordered on the 7th or 8th and I was told about 3 weeks so maybe I'll have them in a week or two? confused

Just checked - they haven't billed me for them yet. Oh well its not like I'm itching to spend any time outside these days.

This new lady at work was telling me that she thinks her husband knows a place on Bloomfield Ave that has a few lifts and it costs $50 bucks to use a bay for the day. She wasn't very sure but she is going to ask her husband. Would be nice for a mod day.

You guys are wusses. laugh I installed my Winch two weekends ago, in my driveway. And boy was it freaking cold!!
Looking back, it probably wasnt one of my brighter moves, but at least its done now.
How bout a mod day at my house again? laugh
I have to fabricate some brackets for my trail rack, and install the bracket for my CO2 tank on the safari rack. I think thats about it. (Thank freaking God!!)
I'm sure I'll find more stuff to install or fix.
If it does happen to be in a garage, I'm up for a mod day.

JerseyX,

Remember, if you do find a garage make sure it will clear getting it out of the garage after the lift is on laugh wink

Mod Day? What's that? We haven't had one of those in AGES. Then again, I'm poor and can't afford any right now. (Although I'd LOVE that new Calmini steering setup)

Dano, Your T-bars were a tough install. Scary thing was that I did my T-bars about two weeks after yours.Mine were a bitch! I ended up having to cut the passenger T-bar in half to get it out. It was seized onto the control arm and rear anchor.
That was a "hardcore" mod day when we did your lift. Pissing rain, freezing cold, and laying in puddles in my driveway. Ugh.
A toasty garage sounds good. I have a kerosene heater too. I just need to clean it out, tune it up and Im sure it'll work.
