Calmini front skid plate

I just aquired a calmini winch bumper for my 03 Frontier (I know, its not a cool as an Xterra but close enough ) and I can't figure out how to mount the skid plate. What do the rear bolt connect to? Is it like the Skid Row plates and require a second skid plate to work? I could not find any place to mount it, so I figure I am missing some piece or I am an idiot. Which is it?

The plate should have come with 2 L shaped brackets to mount with. You then remove the 4 bolts going through the first crossmember that are paired together and diagnol from each other, now reinsert them with the L bracket. The bracket will be installed to the backside of the crossmember. Remember to retighten those 4 bolts to the correct torque or you will hear a popping noise in the future whenever you turn.
