what size bolts are these?

See those two bolts that are holding down the frame stiffener? They have lock washers on them. What size are they? Mine didn't have them (I bought used) and I'd like to buy them and add them on.

just use 1/2 or 3/8 grade 8's, I cant remember which off the top of my head.
