Coming Thru CO Via I-70 to Moab

If you are coming through Colorado Via I-70 then possibly we can all caravan up w/RMXC.

What day are you arriving in CO?
What day are you planning to arrive in Moab?

Distance from Denver to Moab is about... lets say 6-7 hour drive.

SXFC members that will be in Denver will hopefully be.....

we are probably going to be in Denver late fri. night so we should be starting the last leg of the trip to Moab on Sat. morning.

None of this is confirmed yet for our driving directions for the group so I don't want to speak for everyone, but this is where we should be.
Hopefully we will be able to follow you guys the rest of the way.

Alpine, I am in for a caravan. I would be sweet to see some 10-20 Nissan's all cruzin down I-70. And a a bonus since we drive similar vehicles no one will get upset stopping every hour for gas. Last year I wanted to get one together but no one wanted to drive with the noob.

OK there is a group of us leaving Saturday the 20th.

Near Morrison Exit #259 off of I-70 Parking lot off to the right, these are the dinosaur parking lots.

If I am coming from the fiance's apartment (Lakewood) then I will see you there @ 8:30.
If I am coming from Nederland, I will see you on the side of the road past the twin tunnels just before Idaho Springs. It might be kind of a bitch to catch up as you all go flying by, but I got all the way to Utah to try.

I don't think you will have to worry about that. I can't speak for others, but I know my truck won't make it up and over the tunnel any faster than 45 mph.

Can't make the caravan. My vacation doesent start until Sunday. I'll have to work Saturday till 10pm. If anoyone is not going up till sunday and in traveling up I-70, would you want to meet somewhere?

My wife and I, plus a couple friends that will take any excuse to go to Moab, will be leaving Denver around 9:00-9:30 Sunday Morning.
