4x4parts.com has the headers,
and they are quite cheap if you dont go with the triple nickle or ceramic coating.
To the tune of $215. laugh
Might be worth giving it a shot at that price.
And they have for pathy's with autos and manuals.

Anyone have a photo of the pathy engine compartment to compare it to an Xterra one?

Anything in the way?

something tells me the stud configuration is different between the two engines. Also, does the Pathfinder have the two precats?

You'd be removing the pre-cats either way and using the secondary cats, like the SLR headers.
And relocating the O2 sensors to prevent the engine light.

The bolt pattern would really screw things up.
Unless you get someone to cut a new flange.

The only difference as I recall is that the studs are bigger on the 3.3 vs the 3.0 as the block is the same between the 3.0 and the 3.3.

Oh, don't know if it's been tried or not yet, but if it doesn't work a guy with an R50 up in Fort Collins and I are trying to get another header option going.

Awesome idea!
If it's just the studs that are bigger, it shouldnt be difficult to open up the holes on the headers a bit to accomodate.

If the ports dont line up, that's another story.

The stud holes need to be enlarged a bit to put the 3.0 headers on a 3.3, but that's no big deal. I have a 3.3 in my hardbody with 3.0 pacesetter headers
That would mean that the ports match (or they are close enough), the only issue would be them not fitting the frame, or hitting the firewall, starter, or any other crap that might be in the way.

Well for those of us with BL's or those of us who plan to install one, clearance wont be an issue. I'm willing to try this route soon as I have started hearing the tell tale souns of a leaking exhaust manifold over the past week frown .

But I'm not sad, breaking shit means I can replace it with what I really want laugh and hopefully gain some more ummph!!
